Neil Reynolds
Neil qualified as a mortgage advisor in 2016, having transitioned from a successful management career in telecommunications. This career shift was deeply inspired by his late brother, Jonathan Reynolds, who dedicated much of his time mentoring Neil to pursue this path.
In December 2024, following the unfortunate passing of Jonathan, Neil assumed the role of Director at Complete Mortgage Solutions NI. He also serves as trustee and executor of Jonathan’s will and is responsible for the management of a portfolio of 16 properties.
On a daily basis, Neil oversees the operations of Complete Mortgage Solutions NI while managing his rental properties. His passion for property investment has been evident for years, having purchased his first buy-to-let property at the age of 32. Currently, his portfolio includes a mix of long-term rental properties and a holiday let located in the highly sought-after North Coast area.

Personal Assistant
Leah Hadden
I joined the company in January 2025 as a Personal Assistant to Neil, where I provide comprehensive administrative support for Complete Mortgage Solutions NI and assist with the management of Neil’s rental property portfolio.
With a strong background in management within the Telecommunications industry, I have developed a solid foundation in leadership and organizational skills throughout the course of my career.
Although I do not possess a formal financial background, I have a keen interest in the finance sector and am eager to broaden my expertise. I am committed to advancing my career in financial services and plan to complete the CeMAP course, aiming to achieve certification as a qualified mortgage advisor by the end of 2025.
